Quader Chambers recently advised Union Capital Ltd., a leading Bangladeshi NBFI, in its purchase of floor space measuring 10,169 sq. ft. at "BTI Landmark", Gulshan Avenue, Gulshan, Dhaka for an estimated cost of BDT 33.46 crore. Union Capital Ltd. has already issued press releases and necessary public declarations to this effect.
